A vacation packages is one of our favorite ways to show you our piece of Alaska. Keep it simple, surround you with mountains, fill your days with adventure and welcome you to our haven in the valley Alaska Horsemen Guest Ranch. 
Alaska Horsemen Guest Ranch provides a quality Alaskan get-a-way to our guests while being surrounded by mountains in the majestic Kenai Lake valley and resort community of Cooper Landing. From our cozy cabins and relaxing common areas to our magnificent horses, you will experience true Alaskan hospitality at our lodge. Whether your mission is to fill your days with horseback adventures, or world class fishing on the Kenai River or the many activities and attractions the Kenai Peninsula has to offer, you can do it all from our ranch, your safe” home away from home” in the mountains.
Each package includes horseback riding and lodging with continental breakfast. All the day adventures include lunch. Guests enjoy ranch amenities which include a gold panning area, horse shoe pit, our famous steam lodge, outside decks, pavilion and lots of firewood at our fire pit. 
Fine or casual dining is available at one or our nearby restaurants or we offer outside cooking facilities to guests. Evening meal catering can be arranged. (Often we have our own cook outs, normally fresh caught local salmon; guests are always welcome to join in the feast.)

Horseback riding ranges from a fun two hour adventure, a wilderness day trip, a remote pack trip deep into the national forest or a custom build your group outing. Perhaps just an easy going trail ride after dinner in the evening sunlight. Our lodging consists of cozy Alaskan cabins, continental breakfast included, and common areas for showers and cooking and relaxing. The mountain views from our decks and pavilion are breath taking. The huge campfire pit is fun and easy to sit around and relax, often while viewing sheep on our nearby mountain.
We are happy to help you put together a vacation plan that works for your entire group. Our location is an excellent base camp for utilizing the wealth of adventures in the area. You are our special guest, we provide your haven in the mountains, yet we want you to have your own space, too. Your evenings are free time for you to take in the midnight sun, take a canoe ride on Kenai Lake, explore the back roads, cook your own meal at our pavilion or check out the local restaurants including the Sunrise Inn café and lounge which is right next door.
SEVEN DAY ADVENTURE
AN EXAMPLE OF A FUN PACKAGE:
Fly to Anchorage. We pick you up at the airport or airport hotel on a Sunday and fly you to our ranch in a chartered Cessna 206 or Beaver, for an hour of flight-seeing for glaciers and wildlife with a long time Alaskan flight service. Spend the afternoon enjoying ranch amenities including a horseback ride to get the feel of the area. The next six days are filled with adventure which includes our world class day trips. We have a string of horses devoted to our guests and lots of trails to explore. 
You may choose to ride every day or take in some of the activities the area has to offer. On day seven, we head to Seward where you will join a Kenai Fjords Park boat cruise. After the 6 hour boat cruise, you will board the Alaska Railroad for a scenic 4.5 hour train ride back to Anchorage on Saturday evening. 7 days of Alaskan adventure, 6 nights lodging. Includes unlimited horseback riding and a half day guided Kenai River fishing trip in a drift boat or a day of rafting the Kenai River in a big rubber raft. All inclusive excluding dinners and sales tax.
